Say, for example, in a hypothetical example, you have £29,524. you bet £1 on red, if you get red, you start again by betting £1 on the red. if not, you bet £3 on the red, then £9, then £27 etc. after 10 times you get £29,524.

I do not trust online casinos so there is no way I am going to bet but I am just wondering, will the roulette seriously roll black for 10 times in a row? or if yes, will it roll black 30 times if you have much money? wouldn't this make it expressly clear that roulettes are NOT random? how can you randomly get 30 blacks in a row? in theory, yes, probably 0.000000000001%, in practice not even that - so would the casinos do this? have you had experience or have you seen anybody losing this way?

Finally, are casinos legally obliged to have their machines/games run fairly and randomly or is it legal?

And if it is illegal, couldn't you sue casinos? in theory casinos may argue that what happened was a possibility and it happened, but as far as I know, in civil litigation unlike criminal prosecutions proof is based on probabilities rather then beyond reasonable doubt - i think 30 blacks would fall even under beyond reasonable doubt, let alone court only having the right to be convinced on the balance of probabilities.
